What are the methods of payment?
By mail - when you receive your bill just send your personal check or money order.
By credit card - when you receive your bill just call customer service and ask to pay with your credit card.
How will I know when I have been successfully switched?
At the time we finalize your application, we will tell you who your carrier is and which network you will use to make your long distance calls. After 4-5 business days, please dial 1-700-555-4141 from the phone that you subscribed with us. This is a TOLL-FREE TEST number used by many long distance carriers. By dialing this number now you will receive an automated massage telling you the name of your existing carrier. If you call back in 5 days and the greeting tells you that your long-distance company is the one you requested you are safe to make long-distance calls. It means you have been switched.

Is registration necessary, even for Dial Around Service?
YES, for all of our plans. It is very important that customers register. After registration you will be able to use Dial Around service in few hours.
What is the difference between interstate and intrastate rate (US only)?
Interstate rate applies for connections between two different US states. Intrastate rate is within a state. For example, if you call from Sacramento, California, and your friend answers in San Diego, California, the intrastate rate applies. If the same person calls a friend in Detroit, Michigan, interstate rate applies.
What is Call Back and how to use?
Call Back enable you to make calls between any two location in the world with least expensive price even if you have your local PTT company. To use you need to have phone with Pulse/Tone option. Instructions how to use GA Call Back:
1. From your touch-tone phone, dial your U.S. DID number. You must dial the normal international prefix (which varies from country to country) before dialing the DID.
2. After one ring, hang up.
3. A computer in the U.S. recognizes the number and calls you back immediately.
4. When you pick up the phone, you hear a dial tone. 5. For calls to the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean, dial 1+area code+number+# (Pound). For calls to other countries, dial country code+number (do not dial 011)+#(Pound).
6. To start another call, press the pound key two times after your party hangs up: ##
How to use ?Speed Dial? feature in Prepaid/Postpaid GA Call Back service?
Repeat steps 1, 2, 3 from previous question (What is Call Back and how to use?)
1. Upon receipt of the Call Back, after the tone, do not dial a destination number.
Instead, dial 9 # and select option 2 for Speed Dial Menu.
2. Press 1 to add a speed dial number.
3. You are prompted to enter your 2 digit Speed Dial Code (01-25)
4. Enter country + city + number + # (pound)
5. The voice prompt will repeat the number that was entered and ask if it is correct.
a) If it is correct, press 1.
b) If it is incorrect, press 2 and re-enter the number.
c) To delete press 3
d) Press * to return to the previous menu.
Now, upon receipt of the callback, the simply enter the speed dial station and the # key, such as 02#.
Do I have to cancel my local PTT Company in order to use Call Back service?
NO, you can still use your local phone company for calls in your country, and call Back service for International calls.
